Blue Elephant Pennant Hills launched in November 2007, is yet another canvas for Siva Kumaran to display his talents and skills as a hotelier. Having studied at Cornel Universities in the United States Siva Kumaran gained his qualifications as a hotelier in the filed by working at reputed hotel chains such as Inter Continental, Ramada Renaissance and Hyatt Regency both here in Sydney and around the world. After acquiring the Waldorf property and moving his restaurant Blue Elephant from Crows Nest to Pennant Hills, Siva has made it a house hold name for Sri Lankan cuisine and as a unique function space.
Launching into catering was the next step in the Blue Elephant dream, which Siva and his talented team divide in to with ease in 2002. Blue Elephant Catering has reached new heights by extending services as a total event managementteam. From the red carpet to table décor, Dancers to the music, food and drink the blue elephant team takes care of everything to make any function a dream come true.
Blue Elephant is the first Sri Lankan Caterer and Hotelier to obtain a Gold Catering License in NSW.
