After over 30 years in all facets of the catering and hotel industry, Siva decided to open his own restaurant in Sydney in 2001. Professionally trained and with years of experience at some of the most renowned hotels in the world, he has now introduced a new standard for fine dining in Sydney.

He purchased a Sri Lankan restaurant in Lidcombe and immediately gained a reputation as a fine operator with a caring and professional attitude towards his customers and staff.

The standards that he set for his restaurant were of the highest and every customer had to be fully satisfied with the food and service.

Today Siva operates Sydeny's finest Sri Lankan restaurant from the suburb of Pennant Hills, centrally situated with plenty of secure under cover parking.

Siva personally attends to customers and comes to every table to ensure that all is well. A true professional, Siva makes you feel at home and always welcome.

He is the first Sri Lankan Caterer and Hotelier to obtain a Gold Catering License in NSW
