He purchased Sunil's Cuisine at Lidcombe
and immediately gained a reputation as a fine operator with
a caring and professional attitude towards his customers and
staff.
The standards that he set for his
restaurant were of the highest and every customer had to be
fully satisfied with the food and service.
Just six months later, Siva was offered
the Blue Elephant. His decision to purchase this business was
the gain of all Sri Lankan food lovers. In a brief four weeks,
he transformed the restaurant into what has become the finest
Sri Lankan restaurant in Australia.
